As soon as your parcel is scanned into the Australia Post logistics network, an automated email containing your unique Australia Post tracking code and live tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can also monitor delivery status on auspost.com.au/track.

We stand behind the quality of our printed literature. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the book in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange:

2. Receive a prepaid return shipping authorization label.
3. Drop off the package at any Australia Post office or red street posting box. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items Guarantee

Under Australian Consumer Law, if a book arrives damaged, torn, or with missing pages, we will immediately send a replacement copy at zero cost to you, or issue a 100% refund. Simply email a photograph of the damage to support@actionevangelism.org.
